Spring completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Science at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. She is an Animal Scientist and Aquarist with a background in zoological/marine conservation, laboratory research and biopharma. Along with being an avid traveler and coffee enthusiast, she is passionate about environmental microbiology and understanding more about how we can use it in microbial research for both human and animal health. Spring is our animal research expert and also assists in lab managing to ensure our lab runs smoothly. Her research focuses on how commensal skin microbes regulate skin barrier homeostasis.
