Raje earner her PhD in Dr. Nita Salzman’s lab at the Medical College of Wisconsin and postdoctoral research in Dr. David Lo’s lab at the University of California, Riverside. She specializes in studying host-gut microbiome dynamics in homeostasis, inflammation, and inflammatory bowel disease. Beyond the lab, Raje enjoys spending time with her daughter, hiking, taking long drives, cooking, and gardening. A true coffee enthusiast and foodie, she is always on the lookout for great local brewers and restaurants. Her mantra: Relax and rejuvenate with a good cup of coffee and a great book in the countryside! Raje is passionate about understanding the microbiome’s critical role in regulating host homeostasis and disease pathophysiology.
