Predoctoral research assistant
Megan graduated from The University of Alabama with a B.S. in Biology and a B.A. in Latin. During her undergraduate research she worked in the laboratory of Dr. Stanislava Chtarbanova studying neurodegeneration and genetics in Drosophila. In her free time, Megan loves to try new foods, listen to music, and learn as much as she can about the ancient world. Megan is passionate about immunology and her research focuses on emerging pathogens and how they interact with skin epithelia.
