Callie Rose received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. For her honors thesis, she spent three summers in the Chocó region of Ecuador studying the relationship between understory palms and avian frugivores with the Karubian lab. In the Uberoi lab, Callie Rose is interested in exploring microbiome research within ecological contexts. Outside of the lab, Callie Rose likes to play the piano, bake, read, and walk her dog.
